2.3. When applying for a job listing, you must provide accurate and truthful information in your application. You are solely responsible for the content of your application and any consequences that may arise from providing false or misleading information.

3. User Content

3.1. Global Jupiter may allow you to submit, post, or upload content, including resumes, cover letters, and other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant the Global Jupiter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content for the purposes of operating the Global Jupiter and providing the services.

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the use of the job portal website (“Global Jupiter”) by employers (“Employers”). By accessing or using Global Jupiter, Employers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Account Creation and Usage

1.1 Registration: Employers must create an account on Global Jupiter to access the services. The information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Employers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are solely liable for any activity that occurs under their account.

1.2 Prohibited Activities: Employers agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

a. Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
b. Misrepresenting job opportunities, company information, or any other content on Global Jupiter.
c. Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
d. Discriminating against applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

2.1 Accuracy of Information: Employers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the job listings and any other content posted on Global Jupiter. The job listings must provide a clear and accurate description of the job requirements and responsibilities.

2.2 Intellectual Property: By posting job listings or other content on Global Jupiter, Employers grant Global Jupiter owner a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute the content for promotional and marketing purposes.

2.3 Content Removal: The Website owner reserves the right to remove or modify any job listings or content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Service Fees: Employers may be required to pay fees for certain services offered on Global Jupiter. The applicable fees and payment terms will be specified on Global Jupiter or communicated separately.

3.2 Payment Processing: Payment transactions on Global Jupiter are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Global Jupiter is not responsible for any issues arising from the payment process, including but not limited to payment failures, unauthorized transactions, or delays.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Indemnification: Employers agree to indemnify and hold Global Jupiter owner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to their use of Global Jupiter or violation of this Agreement.

5.2 No Warranty: Global Jupiter does not warrant or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of Global Jupiter or its content. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by Employers: Employers may terminate their account at any time by contacting Global Jupiter’s support team. However, fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable.

6.2 Termination by Global Jupiter: Global Jupiter reserves the right to terminate or suspend an Employer’s account, at its sole discretion, for violation of these terms or for any other reason without prior notice.

7. Modifications

Global Jupiter reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. It is the Employer’s responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Continued use of Global Jupiter after the modifications constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Maryland, United States.

By using Global Jupiter, Employers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

9. Communication

9.1 Notifications: Global Jupiter may send notifications, updates, and other communications to Employers via email, website notifications, or other means. It is the Employer’s responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

9.2 Customer Support: Global Jupiter may provide customer support services to assist Employers with their inquiries or issues. While every effort will be made to address concerns promptly, Global Jupiter does not guarantee immediate or uninterrupted support.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Global Jupiter. Employers acknowledge that Global Jupiter does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or actions of these third parties. Employers access and use such websites or services at their own risk.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Employers and Global Jupiter owner, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Waiver

The failure of Global Jupiter to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
