Senior Recruiter (U.S IT Recruiting \u2013 Remote)<\/h2>\n

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior IT Recruiter (U.S) to work on contract to permanent basis. The candidate will be preferably located in India and support in U.S time zones. This will be a fully remote position in U.S Eastern Time. The ideal candidate must have at least 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing company, should have good experience working with Direct clients, need target- oriented candidates with a history of achieving targets.<\/h5>\n
Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Responsible for handling IT requirements of US based clients with accountability<\/p>\n

Responsible for full-Life cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and close candidates for assigned requisitions.<\/p>\n

Sourcing and screening potential consultants from effective usage of Internal Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking<\/p>\n

Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, documentation etc. leading to joining post placement.<\/p>\n

Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.<\/p>\n

Furnish the status reports to management every week.<\/p>\n

Be aware of the client requirements and regularly gaining knowledge of the current IT trends.<\/p>\n

Responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Qualifications & Experience:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Minimum 5 years of strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment \/ Technical staffing<\/p>\n

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)<\/p>\n

Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc<\/p>\n

Experience working on any Vendor Management Systems and submitting candidates and maintaining the account.<\/p>\n

Should be comfortable to work on bulk requirements and must have ability to close them in least possible time.<\/p>\n

Should be highly capable while managing the entire recruitment process with support of his lead Rate Negotiation, Background Check and Paperwork,<\/p>\n

Can work with very less of No supervision on complex positions<\/p>\n

Must be hands on experience sourcing from LinkedIn and Social Networking Sites<\/p>\n

Strong with customizing Boolean Strings on Job Boards.<\/p>\n

Strong network of supplier to support sub-vending activities<\/p>\n

Excellent verbal \/ written communication & interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n

Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Other Required Skills:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n

Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal, communication and convincing skills.<\/p>\n

Highly motivated, self-starter. Strong work ethics and team player.<\/p>\n

Display excellent customer service towards internal and external customers.<\/p>\n

Highly reliable and trustworthy<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
